You can read various discussions, and maybe even find an export or mentor that you can follow right there. If not, and you have someone in mind, you can certainly ask and see if people have feedback on this person.

Once you have found a mentor, it is important that you pay attention to what they are teaching you. This does not mean that you cannot interject your own personality into your business, but initially, you will be successful quicker if you try to not repeat the mistakes that they have already made.
