China outsourcing and impact of online business in international trade.

By: DYLAN Sun

China outsourcing and online business suppliers form part of all fields of consumer products and are making anything and everything from windshield wipers to washing machines to clothes line regardless of the huge cultural and logistical confrontations. Efficient Chinese workers are more productive against their rival counterparts to remain No.1 in the international trade competition.

A big issue is that China's much-admired online business has been multiparty but incomplete i.e. ranging from essential materials as cement, steel, chemicals, etc. to finished products as consumer electronics, televisions, automobiles and home appliances . The analysts agree that is a real growth of export-oriented commodity materials, industrial components and manufactured products in international trade. China outsourcing coupled with online business is both supplying and purchasing goods and materials for international trade market. However, many of the buyers and their groups are cautious to extend their industrial supplies and networks across the international trade through online business .China outsourcing raw materials in the same country is carried out by a majority for their intermediary parts and online business with Chinese suppliers.

China outsourcing is helping companies to reduce their costs and to become more competitive in international trade. With increased globalization, competition can come from any part of the world, and consumers don’t have to settle for local manufacturers. Online business suppliers have to innovate, and are increasingly turning to China manufacturers to supply their products. Giant US retail chains like Wal-Mart, Starbucks etc. are cutting costs and boosting productivity by means of China outsourcing. At the same time, they are also competing to get a online business share in China’s own growing consumer international trade. Businesses from all over the world have been rushing to establish China outsourcing offices, and there has been a boom in international trade. China’s entry into the World Trade Organization has provided improved online business access to China manufacturers and suppliers, by strengthening the trading rights of foreign enterprises.

Overseas buyers are demanding and getting better value and quality from Chinese online business suppliers, and are passing on the benefits to their consumers. Due to this, the dependence of retail chains on more expensive branded products is reducing. Chinese online business suppliers and international trade service providers can also respond to the specialized needs of overseas customers for efficient services. Most Chinese online business suppliers and manufacturers have the capacity to meet their needs at competitive rates in international trade market. Online business supply chain management in China is improving, and overhead costs are also lower. Chinese suppliers and manufacturers are adopting modern technology to manage their businesses more efficiently to compete in international trade. The risks still remain with the medium sized manufacturers, while out sourcing from China or any other country. Rather, it is clearly an opportunity for online business companies in the manufacturing sector and these opportunities also bring major risks. Thus the benefits and risks of China outsourcing go hand in hand triggering the international trade through online business.
