How to Persuade From Inside A Pink Bubble

By: Kenrick Cleveland

"It is the pervading law of all things organic and inorganic, Of all things physical and metaphysical, Of all things human and all things super-human, Of all true manifestations of the head, Of the heart, of the soul, That the life is recognizable in its expression, That form ever follows function. This is the law." ~Louis Sullivan

Architect Louis Sullivan understood that form follows function. The designer of the modern skyscraper was creating the modern cityscape, trying to accomplish something that had never been tried before.

What function are YOU trying to accomplish? Your goal is to persuade the affluent, to influence them such that they buy from you.

If we think back to Sullivan's credo, it's easy to comprehend that we can design a form to go along with our function.

With persuasion, you will find that you get very, very good results with building models that you're going to use to affect other people.

In rapport, we build the model of the person we're persuading. We build them and step into their shoes so that we can become them.

Here's an example of a wilder model which will be extremely effective in persuading your affluent prospects.

Like trying on someone else's skin, these all can be explained quite simply as ways of asking your unconscious mind to do something very powerful on your behalf.

By jumping right into it, this presupposes that you can. And it's true. You CAN do this. You just need to set up with your other than conscious what you want, what you're asking and that they are fully capable of fulfilling your wishes. The next step is 'the bubble'. This comes out of metaphysical literature, but don't let that scare you off because it's an amazing tool and very effective in terms of rapport.

To gain this rapport, you simply need to imagine a pink bubble around you and your prospect. Sounds easy, doesn't it?

I don't know why, but the bubble's color does matter. So imagine that it is either pink or gold.

So now we've got a big pink (or gold) bubble, and I'm going to step right into it. And as I do this, I also throw an imagine lasso around you and pull you into the bubble with me.

You might be thinking, "Well, Kenrick, this all sounds a little kooky."

I realize that. And I also realize that this is a mental construct that no one else has to know about, the point of which is to energetically connect us to our prospects.

So if you're inside the bubble with them and you've surrounded yourself with this bubble of energy, imagine what kind of effect it will have. It's extremely powerful.

In designing this form, the function that we want to accomplish is rapport that leads to persuasion, influence.

This pink bubble works for groups too. I do this all the time when I give seminars. I simply drop the bubble over all of us and then I can step in and out of it at will.

How do you think that will impact the group?

The effect is that this pink bubble ends up creating a whole lot of rapport between everyone inside of it.

I step into the bubble... what happens? My influence takes over. It's my bubble. I own it. It works for me. Experiment with the bubble and please post to the forum your experiences. This will be an incredibly interesting exercise for you. You'll gain an entirely new perspective on your persuasive ability toward the affluent.
