Learn Your First French Words

It's easy to learn French words. All you need are the key words and phrases as your foundation, and then you simply build and build upon these initial words until you have a strong vocabulary. Part (b) Greetings - learn how to meet and greet at any time of the day
Good morning – Bonjour
Good Evening – Bonsoir
See you later – A plus tard
Hello – Salut
Goodbye – Au revoir

Useful shopping words - If you are shopping around town then these words will definitely help you
Thank you – Merci
Please - S’il vous plait

Everyday words – these hand phrases will help you out if you come across a non English speaker
I don’t speak French – Je ne parle pas français
Could You Repeat That Please? - Pouvez-vous répéter cela, s'il vous plait?
I Don’t Understand – Je ne comprends pas
I Speak Very Little French – Je parle très peu français
