There are so many ways to make money on the internet.

Below I have a few for you to consider...

1. You can create and sell your own products, start an affiliate program and get other people to promote your products...

2. You can develop content sites with Google Adsense ads and promote to get listed in the search engines...

3. There are traffic brokers who buy traffic from Google, Yahoo, MSN or other search engines and send that traffic to their affiliate site or sites to earn commissions...

4. Some internet marketers build a list of prospects by creating squeeze pages, and promote various affiliate products to their list of prospects when ever they feel need or need money...

Focus or the lack of.. is the main obstacle i believe that stands between the successful internet business that most people in this industry dream of..

I have had people ask me to evaluate the cause of failure and I have found that most people come up with these extravagant websites which promote at least 10-20 different affiliate products with various banners flashing all over the place.

Seeing this immediately alerts me to what the underlying problem is...

This person is not focusing!

But you cannot expect to do anything well if you try to do everything at once.

My point is this...

A proven business model must be found to follow and you must follow that business model until it's profitable.

You need to choose a proven method of generating traffic and use that method until it becomes profitable.

You have to stop jumping from one point to another and giving up before you actually experience results.
