RightBiz.com - Article Submission/Editorial Guidelines

There are some basic guidelines you must adhere to in order for your article/s to be included within this directory. Following them will save both of us time and energy.

2) Articles should Not use excessive hard carriage returns such as 60-65 characters per line. The article text should flow continuously and wrap naturally. To effect a new line, hit the "Enter" key once; to effect a new paragraph, hit the "Enter" key twice to create a vertical white space.

3) You must do a spell check and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting your article for consideration.

4) Articles must be informative and offer value to readers. This can include tips, strategies, techniques, case-studies, analysis, opinions and commentary. Any article that appears to be an advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, blatant self-promotion or hype will be rejected.

5) The following HTML tags are allowed in the article body:

• Bold tag:

  <b> </b>

• Italics tag:

  <i> </i>

• Underline tag:

  <u> </u>

• List Points tag:

  <li> </li> 

6) The following HTML tags are NOT allowed in the article body:

• Paragraph tag:

  <p> 
  

• Break tag:

  <br>

• Image tag:

  <img src>

• Font tag:

  <font> </font>

• Header tag:

   <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, etc.

• Horizontal Rule tag:

   <hr>

7) The articles that you submit can be either:

a) Your own work.
b) Written by a ghost writer.
c) Royalty-free private label reprint rights articles, but, you must do a search of our articles directory prior to submitting these type of articles. If you frequently submit reprint rights articles that are already in this directory, you will be wasting your time and ours and will be banned. Therefore, do a search for the article "title" first, before you submit any reprint rights article.

8) By submitting your articles to the RightBiz.com Article Directory, you grant us the right to publish your articles and we may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.

9) By submitting your articles to the RightBiz.com Article Directory, you authorize others the right to publish your articles. Further, other RightBiz.com Article Directory users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article remains unaltered with the resource intact.

10) You should refrain from using affiliate links within your article, unless it serves a purpose other than blatant promotion, such as a reference to a program that has helped you solve a problem, or articles comparing different affiliate programs, but, even then, they can not be "active" hyper links! However, you may use "one" "active" affiliate link within your resource box, as long as this is the only url within the resource box.

11) Submitting your articles to the RightBiz.com Article Directory does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind. You will not receive compensation from RightBiz.com or its users for articles you submit.

12) Submitting an article in no way guarantees inclusion in our directory and we reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.

Articles are declined at our sole discretion.
